Mesa carriers step into the Collective Vision of the Lineage of Andean Medicine People in the Inka Initiation series, an advanced journey of exploration into the Ancient Wisdom and Indigenous Medicine of the Pampamesayoq, Altomesayoq and Kurak Akullaq Shaman. Participants move from the personal to the collective consciousness, developing a medicine body through embodiment of Knowledge, Ritual and Rites of Passage.
The Inka Initiation training is comprised of four classes. The first session will explore the practices of the Pampamesayoq, Stewards of the land, who are in a synchronous relationship with the earth cycles and the spirits of the land. The second session delves into the teachings of the Altomesayoq, who commune with the Apus (Mountain Spirits), the Keepers of the legacy, knowledge and wisdom of the Shaman and Ancestors who have walked the path before us. The third session focuses on the ways of the Kurak Akullaq, the territory of Shape Shifters, Dreamers and Visionaries. The fourth session, Igniting the Healer Within, allows advanced students to deepen into personal healing with the power of their Mesa, opening gateways to assisting others in personal healing, and creating Relationships and Engagements of Ayni (Right Relationship) and Kusi (Joy). This session is based on the understanding that we can hold space for healing to the degree that we are willing to heal ourselves.
A Mesa of the Inca tradition is a prerequisite. A commitment to all four trainings is required.
